Mix Design:
The calculator uses a 1 cubic foot value; the sand values change as you adjust Portland, CSA, Silica fume, or change the water to cement ratio. Simply adjust the cement content until the ratio of total cementitious to sand is where you want it.

Trinic Tec10 Admix
Trinic Tec10 Admix: It is a multi component powdered admixture for production of ultra-high performance GFRC, RPC, and ECC Concretes.Takes the hassle out of making ultra-high performance Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Reactive Powder Concrete, and Engineered Ce-mentitious Composite Concrete. Easy to understand dosage simplifies what can become an overly complicated process. |

Trinic Plastisicer
Trinic Plastisicer: Trinic’s plasticiser should be added if you’re doing an SCC (Self Consolidating) mix. It allows the concrete to flow like wetcast concrete, uses less water and allows better dispersion of pigments. Reducing the amount of water greatly increases compression and flexural strength. We do not recommend using plasticiser when spraying verticals. |

Trinic Stage II Accelerator
Trinic Stage II accelerator: (makes the mix set faster) typical amount is 2-5% 2% = 25% more next day strength, plenty of working time after mixing 5% = 60% more next day strength, reduces working time to 20 minutes so once it is mixed get it in the form asap. Follow directions on TDS sheet. |
%
|
Trinic Hydration Stabilizer
Trinic Hydration Stabilizer: (makes the mix set slower for more working time) Typical amount is 0.2-0.5%. 0.2% adds 10-15 minutes to the working time at 75-90F 0.5% adds 45-60 minutes more working time at 75-90F Follow directions on TDS sheet. *NOTE* use a drill and mixing paddle to blend Hydration stabilizer into the water before adding water to your mix. |
%
|
Ice
Ice: When you need a little more working time substituting ice for a percentage of your mix water cools the mix and extends the working time. We use up to 50% ice in hot weather. Just make sure the ice is all melted before placing the concrete! |

Trinic Fiber
Trinic Fiber: (reinforcement to prevent structural cracking) Typical amount is 3% of ½” OR ¾”. HD anticrack (invisible in the mix and is used to prevent micro cracks when casting a face coat and back coat separately) Typical amount is 0.5%. Follow directions on TDS sheet *NOTE* add fiber after you have mixed the rest of the ingredients thoroughly. |

Trinic Integral Color
Integral Color: Select your colors below. Typical amount is 0.5-5%. See typical color representations by clicking “select” below. *NOTE* several factors affect the actual color outcome and samples should be made prior to casting to verify actual color. |
